The SleepWell Center is a compassionate sleep disorders center established in 2003 and accredited by The American academy of Sleep Medicine. Using a patient centered approach, we are committed to providing the highest quality sleep medicine services combined with the most effective sleep medicine solutions to help you achieve a better life through better sleep.

Meet Our Staff...
David I. Slamowitz, M.D.
Dr. Slamowitz was born and raised in New York City. He completed his Sleep Medicine Fellowship training at Harvard and opened The SleepWell Center in 2003, a few years after moving to Colorado. He values compassion, connection, balance and a Win-Win approach. In his free time he enjoys making cheese or kombucha and spending time outdoors.
Carrie Raymond, MSN NP-C
Born and raised in Syracuse, NY, Carrie moved to Colorado for the sun and outdoor activities. She has extensive experience with sleep medicine therapies and has been with the SleepWell Center since 2019. In her free time, Carrie loves to spend time outdoors and with her family.

Wendy - Senior Practice Administrator
Wendy holds a Master's degree in social work as well as a Bachelor's in Early Childhood Education. Throughout the years, she has worked tirelessly behind the scenes in many different administrative roles within The SleepWell Center. Currently, Wendy works part-time in staffing, bookkeeping, and payroll. She enjoys children, crafts, and the outdoors.
